Shared — 49 SAR

For a business that needs to exist online properly: its own domain, a padlock in the browser, a contact form that works. A contracting company in Hail or a clinic in Taif with a five-page site will never outgrow it. What pushes people off Shared is not traffic so much as memory: a WordPress site with a page builder, a multilingual plugin and WooCommerce is asking a lot of 512 MB.

Dedicated — 119 SAR

Twice the memory, twice the storage and room for five sites. This is the plan for a company whose website takes enquiries or orders every day, or that runs a main site plus a careers site and a campaign microsite. Ten databases also make it practical to keep a staging copy next to the live site. The longer case for it is on the business web hosting page.

Cloud — 199 SAR

The largest plan: 4 GB of memory, 100 GB of storage and up to twenty-five sites and databases. It suits an online store during sale season, a Laravel application with queues and scheduled jobs, or an agency that wants every client under one roof. If you are already wondering whether you need a server instead, read the limits section below first.

Cloud Pro — 249 SAR

Cloud with twice the memory: 8 GB of RAM, 200 GB of NVMe storage and room for fifty sites and databases. It is for the store whose checkout must not slow down on a sale day, the booking or ERP application with heavy background jobs, or the agency consolidating many busy client sites. Both Cloud plans are on a launch offer: Cloud is 149 SAR a month and Cloud Pro 199 SAR a month for the first three months, then the regular price.

Included with every plan

About the included email

The mailboxes bundled with hosting are basic mailboxes that live on the web server with your site. They are fine for a contact form or a single address. For the addresses your staff and customers rely on every day, use the separate business email hosting plans from 17 SAR per mailbox, which run on their own mail platform with calendar and phone sync.

Moving an existing website

Most sites that come to us arrive from a GoDaddy or cPanel account abroad. The move is unexciting if it is done in this order:

  1. Take a full copy from the old host: the site files and an export of each database. For WordPress, a migration plugin will package both.
  2. Create the site on Skyline under your real domain, upload the files and import the database. Nothing is public yet, because DNS still points at the old host.
  3. Preview before switching. Point your own computer at the new server using its hosts file, and click through the site: forms, checkout, Arabic and English pages, the admin login.
  4. Lower the DNS TTL to five minutes a day in advance, then change the A record. Visitors move over within minutes, and you can move back just as fast.
  5. Issue the SSL certificate once DNS points at Skyline; it is free and takes a moment.
  6. Leave the old hosting running for a week before you cancel it.

If the domain itself is also at the old provider, it can stay there or be transferred later; hosting and domain registration are independent. See domain registration, DNS and SSL on Skyline.

Honest limits — and when to choose a server instead

Hosting plans run PHP-based sites: WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel, plain HTML. They do not run Node.js, Python or Docker, and they do not give you root access. If your developer says the words "Next.js server rendering", "background workers that run all day" or "we need to install a system package", you need a self-managed Linux VPS in Riyadh, from 99 SAR a month — more capable, and more work.

The nightly backup protects the website. It is not a backup of your office computers or file server; that is what Skyline Backup is for. And we do not publish an uptime percentage on this page, because a number without evidence behind it is decoration.

Every price on this page, alongside servers, email and backup, is on the Skyline Cloud price list.

Frequently asked questions

Which Skyline hosting plan is right for a first company website?

Shared Hosting at 49 SAR a month. It holds one website with two databases and 25 GB of storage, which is ample for a company profile, a landing page or a small WordPress site. You can move up to Dedicated or Cloud later without changing provider.

How many websites can I host on each plan?

One website on Shared, up to five on Dedicated and up to twenty-five on Cloud. Databases follow the same pattern: two, ten and twenty-five.

How do the included website backups work?

Every hosted website and its databases are copied every night and the copies are kept for 30 days. From the hosting console you pick a date and restore with one click; the current state is saved first, so a restore can itself be undone.

Can I run a Node.js or Python application on a hosting plan?

No. The hosting plans are for PHP-based sites such as WordPress, Laravel and static HTML. A Node.js, Python or containerised application needs a self-managed cloud server, which starts at 99 SAR a month in Riyadh.

Can an agency manage several clients under one login?

Yes. One customer can hold several hosting accounts and switch between them from the console, so each client site can sit in its own account with its own plan and backups.

Is the SSL certificate really free, and do I have to renew it?

Yes, it is included with every plan. Certificates are issued for 90 days and renewed automatically, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to remember.
